Day Another

Privacy

Last updated: 29 September 2026

This policy applies to Day Another at dayanother.com and www.dayanother.com. Day Another is an independent publication about what still works after a subscription, a support period, a cloud shutdown, or a change of ownership. It is not the vendor’s support desk, and it is not a shop. This policy does not cover other websites linked from the articles.

What Day Another does not do

Day Another does not sell personal information. The public site does not offer a comment box, a reader list, or an account you must create to read a guide. There is no contact form on the site. There is no second advertising network named here, because none is in use.

Information you send

Questions go to [email protected]. If you write to that address, the message is ordinary email. Say which page you mean and what you want done. Do not send identity documents, passwords, or payment details in a first message. Naming that mailbox on this page does not confirm that a message has been read.

Technical information and server logs

The site may keep standard server logs, such as the visitor address and the page requested, so the server can run and so abuse can be investigated. A log can also include the time of the request and the browser identification string the browser sends. Hosting, backups, and Cloudflare can process that information to deliver and protect the site. Those records are for operating and protecting the site. They are not a profile that Day Another sells.

Cookies now in use

WordPress may set cookies for a signed-in administrator. Cloudflare may set security cookies as part of delivery. After a rewarded advertisement is completed, the site may set a first-party cookie named tos_access for about six hours so interstitial and rewarded ads are not requested again during that time. Display ads and the top anchor can still load. Closing the rewarded prompt without watching does not set that cookie. The cookie and cache policy is the longer page for those uses.

Google advertising and your choices

Editorial pages, including the homepage, articles, and topic archives, can show labelled advertisements. When an advertisement is shown, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on the reader’s earlier visits to this site or to other sites. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to show ads based on those visits. Day Another does not choose the individual ad, and it does not receive a file of the reader’s name from the advertising vendor.

A reader can turn off personalized ads at https://adssettings.google.com or opt out of some third-party cookies at https://www.aboutads.info/choices/. How Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps explains that practice.

The only advertising vendor named here is Google, because that is the vendor this disclosure is written for. If that changes, this page will name the vendor that is actually used.

For personalised ads to visitors in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, Google requires a certified consent-management platform. The notice on this site is not that platform. This website has not installed a Google-certified consent-management platform. Publishing this policy does not by itself provide that consent flow.

Pages that do not carry ads

This privacy page does not carry ads, and the ad code is not loaded here. About, Contact, Safety, Privacy, Cookies, Disclaimer, and Terms also do not load that ad code.

Retention, security, and requests

Server logs and backups rotate on the host’s own schedule. Access to WordPress administration is limited to people who run the site. No website can guarantee absolute security. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information that can actually be found, write to [email protected] and say which page or message you mean.

Children

The guides are written for adults who own or inherit a product. Day Another does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If the site starts using another advertising vendor, a contact form, a reader list, or a consent tool, this page will be updated to match what is actually in use. The date at the top of the page is the date of the last change.
